This explains what personal data BestENFJever.com collects, why, and how it's handled. This site is operated by Chris Fox and Attraxio Co., Ltd., based in Thailand ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

You opt in on the site or the Career Check quiz	Email address; if you took the quiz, your quiz answers and result (not your name, unless you type it in an email reply later)	To send the 5-Day Head Start and related emails, and to understand what people who take the quiz are struggling with, so we can improve the kit and the site
You take the Type Check quiz	No email is required to see your result. If you then choose to buy the kit for someone else, ask about a solution for your own type, or send someone the Career Check, we collect the email address(es) you provide at that point (see below)	To compute your result on our server and, only if you take one of those follow-up actions, to act on it (send a gift order to checkout, log an interest request, etc.)
You buy the kit as a gift for someone else	The recipient's name and email (typed in by you); your own email is collected separately by Lemon Squeezy at checkout, not by us	To address the gift and let the recipient know who it's from
You buy a Product	Email, and whatever Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) collects to process payment (e.g. card details, billing country), we never see or store your full card number	To deliver your download and provide support
You browse the site	Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, via standard web server logs	Security, spam/abuse prevention, and basic site reliability

How we use it

Send you the free content, sales emails, and product delivery you asked for, via MailerLite.
Process your payment and deliver your files, via Lemon Squeezy.
Improve the quiz, the kit, and the site based on aggregate patterns in the answers people give.
Respond to you if you email us.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this business, and share only what each one needs to do its job:

MailerLite, email delivery and automation.
Lemon Squeezy, payment processing and Merchant of Record for your purchase.
Our hosting provider, stores the site files and server logs.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and quiz/purchase history for as long as you stay subscribed or for as long as needed to meet accounting/tax obligations for a purchase, whichever is longer. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Your choices

Unsubscribe any time via the link at the bottom of any email.
Email [email protected] to ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
