Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel good about buying The Best ENFJ Ever Kit or the workbook. Here's the policy in plain language.

30-day refund

If the kit or workbook doesn't fit you the way we said it would, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. You keep the files.

How refunds are processed

Your purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within a few business days of approval.

Gift purchases

If you buy the kit or workbook as a gift for someone else, the refund right above belongs to you, the person who paid, not the person who receives it. This is stated on your order confirmation as well.

Digital delivery and your right to change your mind

Because this is an instantly delivered digital product, by completing your purchase you agree to instant access to the files. If you're located somewhere with a statutory "cooling-off" or right-of-withdrawal period for digital content (for example, EU/UK consumer law), our 30-day refund promise above already covers you more generously than most statutory minimums, so you don't need to worry about the distinction in practice.

What isn't covered

We can't refund a purchase used to defraud, resell, or redistribute the files, or requests made in bad faith long after the 30-day window with no attempt to use the kit. In practice, this has not been an issue and we expect it to stay that way.
