Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel good about buying The Best ENFJ Ever Kit or the workbook. Here's the policy in plain language.

30-day refund

If the kit or workbook doesn't fit you the way we said it would, email support@bestenfjever.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Because this is digital content, there's nothing to physically return. If a full refund is issued, your license to use the refunded Product ends and you should delete your copies.

Important: contact us with your order details, order number and the email address used for the order, so we can locate your purchase.

How refunds are processed

Your purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within a few business days of approval.

Gift purchases

If you buy the kit or workbook as a gift for someone else, the refund right above belongs to you, the person who paid, not the person who receives it. This is stated on your order confirmation as well.

Digital delivery and your right to change your mind

Our 30-day refund guarantee is a voluntary guarantee and is in addition to any statutory consumer rights that apply to you. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms as Merchant of Record.

What isn't covered

We reserve the right to decline a refund and to pursue legal remedies against fraud, resale, or unauthorized redistribution of the files.
